Deposits | A card on file will be required for all clients to hold an appointment with our lash studio. Your card will be securely stored through our booking system and will NOT be charged at the time of booking. This will ensure that we are able to set aside the time for your services without any disruptions.
No-Show | Failure to arrive or cancel a scheduled appointment will result in a "no-show" fee applied to your next scheduled appointment (your card on file with your account will be charged at the time of a no-show). Please understand that while we love what we do, it is how we make a living. We set aside time just for you and your appointment and when you do not contact us to cancel, it affects our schedule and our livelihood. We are unable to fill no-show appointments. Please be considerate and contact your lash tech if you feel you are unable to make it to your appointment.
Refunds | When scheduling an appointment with Lash Out Loud, you are purchasing our eyelash artists time and skills. We do not offer refunds of any kind for services given during your appointment time. If for some reason you are unhappy with the services received by one of our eyelash artists, please contact us within 72 hours of the initial application and we would be happy to work with you to make sure you are satisfied with your eyelashes. Refunds will not be given if proper aftercare instructions were not followed.
Cancellations | Clients must give 24 hour notice for appointment cancellation to avoid penalty. If notice is not received 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment, your card on file will be charged 50% of the missed appointment total.
Children & Pets | For safety and sanitary reasons, please do not bring children or pets to your eyelash extension appointment. We try to ensure that the studio has a calm environment for both the benefit of our clients as well as focused lash techs. We are unable to supervise children during your services.
Illness | If you are feeling unwell due to sickness, PLEASE inform your lash tech prior to your appointment and we will be happy to reschedule you. We take health very seriously in this industry and exposing your lash tech to an illness automatically exposes every other client to an illness. As a lash tech, becoming ill can set back our schedules immensely and can inconvenience a large number of other clients. We will be unable to work on clients who show symptoms if being ill and will reschedule for the next appropriate appointment date.
Under Age Clients | Please be aware that underage clients will require parental consent before receiving any services. If you are under the age of 18, please bring your parent or guardian with you to go over our client consent form.
